Michalka Sisters, Aly and Amanda, became famous as singers and actresses. They started as a duet and released several albums. Aly & A.J. debuted in 2005. Some of their songs were used by Disney Channel movies and brought them additional attention.

They released several more albums and went separate ways. In 2015, they reunited for EP Ten Years. The sisters also act in various movies and series on their own.
