Lauren O’Neil rose to popularity as a stage, screen, and radio actress. She attended the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Upon graduation, she was awarded the 2009 Spotlight Showcase prize for Best Actress.

Lauren acted in Being Human series, Women Beware Women production, and The Abominable Snowman film. In 2015, she appeared in an episode of Silent Witness.
